Yoga

Sarah (Prem Jyoti), is a natural born teacher. She has been practicing yoga for over a decade and a few years ago decided to take it to the next level. Her gentle instructions will lead you through a relaxing and rejuvenating series of warm-up, asanas, pranayama and yoga nidra. Sarah flows through her yoga classes with a focus on the breath while moving to the natural rhythms of your body.

 

You can take a class anytime. Beginners welcome. 

Maxwellhouse Yoga classes are by donation. Sarah and Winnie's student, Kate is now master of the classes on Mondays from 9-11am by zoom.

Meditation

 

Sarah is a certified meditation guide through the Shambhala path.

Her path began through Maxwell House yoga with Winnie Edgerton. After having practiced yoga with Winnie for 10 years, and a breast cancer diagnosis, Sarah joined a Shambhala weekend called The Art of Being Human. Her training and practice has continued and includes serving on the council of both Maxwell House and the only Indiana group in Shambhala: Hoosier Heartland.
